Money for the iron. Not a pitch deck.

We Cut. We Crush. We Clear. Owner-operated concrete cutting and demolition in Central Florida. This page is for people putting capital in — send the link, don’t list it.

The ask

$95,000

Equipment and 90-day operating package

Use of funds

Working figures. Dealer quotes and binders replace these numbers before anyone writes a check.

  • Walk-behind slab saw

Floors, pavement, sidewalks — the core of the work.

    $18,000

  • Wall saw system

Doors, windows, HVAC openings without shaking the building down.

    $24,000

  • Core drill, stand, and bits

    Plumbing, electrical, and mechanical penetrations.

    $9,000

  • Chainsaw and hand saws

Plunge cuts, corners, and tight indoor access.

    $10,000

  • Blades, bits, dust and slurry control

Consumables to start jobs without waiting on a vendor.

    $8,000

  • Trailer and jobsite outfitting

If a working truck is already in the yard, this line drops.

    $10,000

  • Insurance and licenses, first term

General liability and inland marine so the iron can leave the shop.

    $6,000

  • 90-day operating cash

Fuel, blades, helper days, and deposits while invoices catch up.

    $10,000

  • Total

    $95,000

How a partner gets paid

Pick a structure. Don’t mix them. Equity is the last option, not the first.

  1. 01

    Equipment note

First lien on the saws. 36–60 months. Rate set when the note is written. You get paid because the iron is the collateral — not because a slide said so.

  2. 02

    Revenue share that ends

A set percent of job invoices until a defined multiple is paid (for example 1.5×). Then it stops. No open-ended royalty on the company.

  3. 03

    Silent member with a buyback

Small membership interest, no day-to-day control, written buyback after a term. Only if both sides actually want to be in the LLC together.

What this is not

  • Not a venture round. Not software. Not a national roll-up.
  • Not a public offering. Not a promise of return.
  • Not a majority of the company. The operator stays on the saw.
  • Do not wire money off a website. Call, walk the equipment list, then paper it.

Russell Gortzig answers the phone. Bring questions about the iron, insurance, and how you get paid.

This page is a discussion brief, not an offer to sell securities. Figures are working estimates pending dealer quotes and insurance binders. Nothing here is a promise of return.
